You will need…

• 2 cups (500 mL) milk beverage of choice (ex. Soy milk)

• 1 tsp turmeric powder

• 1/2 tsp cinnamon or nutmeg

• tiny pinch of black pepper

• 1 tsp honey or maple syrup

In a small sauce pan add all the ingredients and bring to a low simmer. Hold for 1-2 minutes and then remove from heat. Pour the golden milk into your favourite mug and enjoy.
